There is NO limit on the number of reports and maps that can be produced by any end-user.

Yes. BusinessDecision is accessed through the library's website. If the library provides remote access, then the end-user can access BusinessDecision remotely.

The reports and maps include Demographic and Income Profile, Census 2000 Summary Profile, Retail Expenditures, Standard Site Map, Thematic Map(s), Tapestry Area Profile, Market Profile Report, Housing Profile, and Graphic Profile.

What are the advantages of a subscription?
BusinessDecision subscription enables your business patrons to access geographically customizable consumer household data, market segmentation data, and demographic estimates and forecasts, among others. BusinessDecision reports and maps will help your patrons grow their business by identifying potential customers, performing accurate market analysis, evaluating their competitors, and targeting media campaigns.

How do we renew at the end of the subscription year?
One month to six weeks prior to the end of your subscription we will send you a renewal invoice. Upon receipt of payment we will roll over the service.

What do we have to do on our website to make BusinessDecision work?
We use a referring URL from your library's web site. You'll need to install a link with code that we provide to access our arrival page. Once you become a customer we will provide access to a customer only web page with step by step instructions to get your library up and running.

How do our patrons and library staff logon to BusinessDecision?
Your patrons and library staff logon to BusinessDecision using one of two means: Express Logon or My Accounts Logon.

What is Express Logon?

What is My Accounts Logon?
My Accounts Logon is for "power users." Patrons or library staff can set up their own private and personal account to store projects and reports. To use My Accounts Logon the end-user must have an e-mail address and provide a username and password. Step by step instructions are provided on the logon page and by clicking here.

On the BusinessDecision logon page select the “My Account Logon” button. BusinessDecision link to access our arrival page.
